Shipping & Handling

Standard delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service and estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days.  

Cottage Hill Home ships items via the U.S. Postal Service and UPS based on customer preference at the time of checkout.  

Throughout the checkout process, the shipping costs displayed in your order summary are estimate and do not necessarily reflect the final shipping cost of your purchase.  Options that incur surcharges (such as oversized items) or shipping to multiple addresses will affect shipping costs.  The cost for shipping and handling is based upon order amount and shipping destination(s).  The attached table can be used as a guideline for estimating shipping, but final shipping charges may differ from the value shown.  Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the Order Review and Payment screen.  

We apologized but we are currently unable to ship to the U.S. Territories, international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, or PO addresses.  

 

Free Shipping Promotions

Occasionally Cottage Hill Home may offer promotions for free standard shipping on your online purchase.  Offers are limited to one per customer.  Offer is valid on online purchases on in-stock items only.  Offer may require a minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping.  We are currently unable to ship to the U.S. Territories, international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, or PO addresses.  Not valid on previous purchases.  Some exclusions may apply.  Offer is not valid on oversized items that require a delivery surcharge.  

 

Tracking Your Order

There are several ways to track the status of your order:

*Check your email.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships.

*Contact us.  If you still have questions about your order, contact us at cottagehillclosings@gmail.com

Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during the checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order.  Once shipped your order may be handled by a carrier (USPS or UPS) that provides tracking information until your order is delivered.  

Order Discrepancies

If you find a mistake with your order, or if you fail to receive it within the expected shipping time, please contact us at cottagehillclosings@gmail. com immediately.  Please report discrepancy or damage within 14 days of ordering so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner. 

 

Delayed Or Lost Orders

Orders may be delayed due to a variety of issues including, but not limited to, inclement weather and carrier issues.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.  

Refunds or replacements will only be issued for lost orders.  An order is not considered lost until 15 business days past the ship date and at our sole discretion.  

 

Shipping Surcharges
